OOR 14 DAY RETURN POLICY

L.A.Rose will allow a return on an item of merchandise returned within 14 days of date of delivery if the following is adhered to:

* The original invoice is presented on return as proof of purchase.
* The price tag is attached.
* The item has not been worn or used.
* If there is a manufacturing fault.

EXCEPTIONS

* No returns of any earrings will be permitted for hygiene purposes.
* No returns of Sale items will be permitted.
* No returns of Gift Cards will be permitted.

Once your return is received and inspected, an email will be sent to you to notify you that we have received your returned item(s).

You are responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We offer a store credit only for the total amount of your item (s) which will be sent to you as a voucher number and will be valid for 12 months.
